I eat lots of vegtables but lately i have been buying frozen vegtables, you know the ones that are bagged (preserved). Do those give you the same amount of nutrients as buying them from the farmers market? When i do get vegtables they spoil so its easier for me to buy frozen and cook those. What do you think is it the same thing?

There was just a question for meat eaters (that was pretty stupid) and it was meant to make us believe that vegans are unhappy with the way meat eaters eat. Just to clear it up a little, if you don't like that we eat salads along with meat, too bad. You made the sacrifice to give up meat.

Why should that mean we can only eat meat and you get all of the veggies??

On the other hand, if you agree with me, say so... Check the list for the question to meat eaters... it should explain where this came from.

Since you choose to eat meat, don't you think you're being a hypocrite when you have a salad on the side, when you have plants in the garden or when you wear synthetic clothing? You could grow your own pigs and calfs, leather looks cool anywhere and surely you could leave us the salad?

That's why we call them living organisms and they get classified ... Kingdom Plantae, etc. Right? Tell me I'm right.
so maybe we shouldn't eat veggietables, the poor things.
:-)

I know the question in your mind is, "Why did she waste 5 points asking this question?" You say that like there's so many better things I could using my points for. Well, there's not. phhbt.

After all, you "kill" it to eat it. You rip it out of the ground and it stops living. Ditto for other root veggies, such as potatoes and carrots.

It's really obvious that eating meat is a natural thing to do and God created us this way (as he had created other species that eat flesh by instinct).I also have read in a book (that isn't about the morality of killing for a living, it was just an example) that studies have been made that show that in order for this whole SYSTEM (life on Earth) to work this constant killing needs to happen. Certain percentages of species need to die, in order for equilibrium to exist SO this is how the world is made! If You disagree, You disagree with the Divinity(whichever it is) so I guess in order to be true to yourself You either consider Yourself smarter or more moral than God, or go by the rule "my happiness by all costs" and than You can't be seen as an agreeable person by most people. The third choice (that most of the people make) is "my specie is the only one that counts at all" although what parts us from animals is just a matter of rank -we are fortunate enough to be no1.Counterarguments..

I am reaching 40. The problem is that i am feeling tired almost everyday around evening. After the day's work, I am left with no energy. I believe the VItamines could be helpful. I don't want to get into so called Energy Boosters which use chemicals. I would certainly prefer Vitamines as they are naturally a part of out diet. I am basically a vegitarean.

What Vitamines I can take to back up my energy?
