I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. Walk an hour a day. No more than one serving of rice per day. more of wheat, millet, vegetables. dont walk without slippers / shoes. no sweets. no icecreams. dont reduce your intake too fast in the name of diet. no cool drinks. no pepsi no coke. more greens. anything more which i left ?! i think with these you can lead a happy life. stay happy.
