well since I am not a man I don't know but breakfast I love German breakfast, specially because I am vegetarian, It is Vollcorn Bread, cheese, Fruits, (Grapes) and butter.

depends on the guy, but from what I've seen, for bf nothing says i care like chocolate chip pancakes, with the cute smiley face, or what not in the chocolate chips, very cheesy but it lets him know you care, plus it doesn't take long to make much, for lunch hmmmmm a nice sub, with everything, from the pickle slice to the chips, and for dinner now this gets a little time consuming, i like to make grilled glazed chicken, with Alfredo, and for dessert, what better then a big old piece of cake, with a scoop of ice cream, and don't forget the whip cream and cherry on top, but then again, that's for after dinner, but yeah, I'm cheesy, and you know you love it, teehee, but trust me, the chocolate chip smiley face pancakes, gets them every time, teehee

breakfast: belgian waffles, eggs & bacon
lunch: italian sub OR cheese steak sub
dinner: steak, mashed potatoes, and some sort of veggie
