I've been researching alot lately on which of the two extremes, veganism or meat eating diets, are better. After weighing the odds and ends, I concluded that humans were omnivorous, only meant to eat a little meat and mostly vegetation. However a study with Inuits showed that they ate almost all meat, fat and fish. This changed my whole perspective on everything, and I realized this isn't about meat eating or vegetarianism, it's about eating NUTRITIOUS foods, and a BALANCED and MODERATED diet
