after breakfast the calory consumption rate is quite high as compared to any other meal during the day.
it requires huge amount of energy & briskness in the morning time whether in office or at home so more calories are required as compared to any other time during the day.
we take breakfast after long hrs. since last meal.
if the calories taken are equal to calories burnt digestive system works smoothly hence the health gets better.
at morning most people work out heavily in gym after which this is recommended even by the dieticians that one should have a heavy diet.

yes,we should have breakfast in the morning but it need not be heavy.it should be moderatly balanced.breakfast is necessary because breakfast eaters display a better attitude and are more energetic and productive throughout the day.Every body need refueling to jump-start the day after a long night sleep. Research shows that children who have breakfast perform better in school. Both children and adults who have breakfast are better at problem solving and concentrating on the task at hand.People who skip breakfast may not get their daily quota of vitamins, minerals and fiber, which a wholesome breakfast with cereal, milk, fruit and nuts will provide.
Missing breakfast to lose weight can backfire by causing overeating later and increasing appetite.

Light breakfast - Heavy Dinner - Medium Supper...
A heavy breakfast will make you feel sleepy in the beginning of the day ! Mid-day meal should be heavy coz you will get an afternoon nap of say 10-15 minutes to refresh you, and you will have the rest of the day to burn your calories, a medium supper in the evening will bring a good peaceful sleep to you which is very necessary...coz if you eat a light supper, you will feel hungry in the middle of the night !!!

Yes ! we should have heavy breakfast because we sleep almost 8 hrs, in that period we are not having anything thus our metabolism rate goes down that is the reason we should take breakfast as a heaviest meal of the day.

As long as you're not going to have a heavy lunch and a heavy dinner too. The goal is to get most of the calories you require in earlier in the day.
