I work for a local senior center that delivers hot meals to area seniors. We have run across the problem of keeping the food warm for delivery. Some one suggested heating bricks and wrapping them and putting them in the coolers, but we are unsure how that works and what kind of bricks. Seeking information on different methods and also the bricks.

A friend of mine had a catered pig roast two years in a row. The caterers roasted a whole pig there but all we got were some huge trays of pork. No hams or bacon in sight. Do caterers keep those parts for themselves without mentioning it to anyone?

i want to make energy bars n most of them use lots of sugar, its like carb:sugar= 1:1

The basic flavour is similar, except chinese mustard is so much more potent. Also its a different kind of "hot" that affects the palette, why does it clear the sinuses so thoroughly?

they are dropped into boiling water alive. this would never be allowed to happen to any other animal, surely they feel pain as well as any other creature, i have seen lobsters cooked and they don't die instantly like many people believe.

chicken and lamb have to be cooked for longer and shouldn't be eaten under cooked, but beef on the other hand can be eaten raw.

my sister and i used to eat the salsa doritos and we loved them, they were so good, dont be mistaken by the salsa verde chips these were not the ones they were just salsa looked like the buffalo ranch ones but were way hotter and had more flavor they were in a black bag. everyone i talk to have "never heard of them" its driving me insane they are sooooo good is there anyone out there who knows what i am talking about?
