my sister and i used to eat the salsa doritos and we loved them, they were so good, dont be mistaken by the salsa verde chips these were not the ones they were just salsa looked like the buffalo ranch ones but were way hotter and had more flavor they were in a black bag. everyone i talk to have "never heard of them" its driving me insane they are sooooo good is there anyone out there who knows what i am talking about?

yes i have tried the fiery habenero they are very good too i love all of the spicy ones, but i just loved!!!!!! the salsa ones i wish they still made them, or i could find them somewhere

FYI: THEY ARE NOT THE SALSA VERDE OR THE BLACK PEPPERJACK ONES EITHER. JUST SALSA

According to the web site, they still make them. However, they don't make Jumpin Jack Cheese Doritos anymore ;( I really liked those.

I do! The were awesome! I once ate a whole bag by myself. Back in the '80s they made a Salsa Rio Dorito those were good. Have you tried the fiery habenero-very hot!

I have a hard time putting anything that smells that bad into my mouth. And I am allergic to MSG so I can't eat them myself but I do buy them for the husband...

They change their featured flavors often... I do know what you are talking about though... Do you mean the black pepper flavor in the black bag? The new one is blazing Buffalo or fiery Habenero or something like that?

Try the new ones?

The supermarket by me carries all varieties of Doritos. The one in the black bag was Black Pepper Jack - pretty tasty.

I sure do! loved them! Same thing with rice krispie cereal WITH marshmallows. Why do they get rid of all the good stuff??
