Pretty healthy, as long as you don't eat a bunch. Peanut butter is a good source of protein, but also full of fat. Jelly can be kind of good for you, but it usually has a ton of sugar in it too. Also, it's better for you to eat it on whole wheat than on white bread.

Yes, it is very good for you. They have jelly with low sugar content. Peanut butter is so good for you that if you had a few drinks before driving take a spoonful and it will getit so you can't smell the beer on you or whatever plus it gets your head straight. Great stuff!
