Probably ear wax. Has she tried cleaning out her ears first? When the ears get so full of wax, it starts coming out other areas as a moss-color. Try hosing her down, or taking her through the car wash.
After the rolls it goes down between the toes.

Suggest you get social services on the job You can get one of those hospital hoist thingies, suspend her by her ankles once a week & give her a good scrub down with a yard broom. Or just stop feeding her. Or just stop being such a prat..

I think you need to help her more often, obviously she can't do a good job herself.
If this is tru, nto sure why it's under food and drink, but probably from sweat, a type of fungus or bacteria
