Can be any type... some recipe just call for "Plain" yougurt or you can use a flavored yougurt..

You can have plain or whatever you like it all gives you a nice dressing. They do have all kinds of nuts out there so make sure you check them out also. Enjoy the salad.

I don't know about the yogurt, but my aunt buys the glazed walnuts all the time! They're awesome...

From mcdonalds i think it is yoplait and you can purchase it at preety much any supermarket or publix
