Before you put anything on it you have to cook it properly. I absolutely hate it when they are boiled. They have to be pan fried or roasted over an open flame on the B-B-Q. Then put them on a good deli bun (not that tasteless wonder bread stuff). Add minced red onions, shredded mild Cheddar cheese, sweet brown mustard and occasionally a little catsup. I guess I'm kind of spoiled.

The same as you. Actually...i like the New York System dogs from Rhode Island. A very thin meat sauce on the dog and roll, finely chopped onions and celery salt.
