Wow...the possiblities are endless for this one. I wish you luck. Something you might want to check out is Bravo.com. Look up the show "Top Chef". They had a cooking challenge where they had to make up a brand new ice cream flavor. Some were really interesting...you may find some ideas there. Here are my ideas:
1- Strawberry kiwi
2 - Anything with Bailey's Irish Cream and Chocolate
3 - Peanut butter banana (kinda sounds like a flavor Ben & Jerry's has though of, huh?)
4- Blueberry vanilla
5 - Watermelon-kiwi
6 - Pomegranite
7- Pineapple ginger (I think ginger would taste great in ice cream! It's bite will contrast the cold fairly well)
8- Jalapeno
9- Apple spice
10 - Lemon drop

I once made a lemon and lavendar ice cream. It was unusual, but it was the most refreshing ice cream I'd ever tasted and I couldn't get enough. Chocolate and lavendar was a huge hit with my husband.

I love strawberry and raspberry together so maybe that would be diffrent. Or a fruit ice cream with all kinds of diffrent fresh fruits. Depending on your likes. Good-Luck!
