What exactly is fruit concentrate? Is it something to avoid?

Welches makes that claim that all of their juices are 100% juice; but when I was drinking a bottle of orange-mango welches juice, it was 8%juice and 92% concentrate... hmm.

Made from concentrate means that the whole fruit is put into a tub something like a washing mashine and is spun at very high speeds till all the liquid is extracted ..the problem with that is you get the water content from the skin and seeds also then they usually only use 10% of that pure juice..take for example "grape concentrate" consists of 10% grape concentrate and the rest is usually apple juice and corn syrup..and glucose and other substitutes..Read the label on all juice containers because it is possible to get 100% pure juices..but they certainly cost alot more..

you will choke on it. ingesting OJ is complicated and should not be tried by using amateurs. heavily, there are frequently 2 forms of OJ. One type is purely the undeniable squeezed juice; it may be pasteurized to fulfill sanitation standards, inspite of the undeniable fact that it rather is the juice, the entire juice, and not something however the juice. different juices are a mix of centred OJ (OJ that has been processed to eliminate lots of the water) and water. The cans of OJ interior the food market's freezer are centred OJ - it particularly is why it is so thick and you will desire to upload water back to it until now you drink it.

concentrate is when they take out the water in something, almost like a freeze dried thing, then when you add water to it, it supposidly comes back to it's normal state.

uh huh...

I think that when you see "concentrate", it means that it's not
100% juice. It's like they add something (like sugar) in it.
