I'm a big fan of omelets. I use a variety of ingredients for different styles. Sometimes I come up with some pretty good ones. I also like making different kinds of burgers. But my absolute favorite thing to make, which I have almost perfected, is Chicken Parmesan. Also, if you've never tried making Jambalaya, you should find an authentic recipe for it. I'm from Baton Rouge and we do it to it over here. Look for Tony Cacheres Cajun seasoning for a nice kick to any cuisine!

I love cooking.
My favorite things to make, however, are big pots of stuff that simmer for hours while I occasionally stir...after the initial preperation.
I don't know why..I just enjoy making these.
Examples....chilli...beef stew....spaghetti sauce...chicken or turky noodle soup.
Maybe it's just that I make them more in the winter...and they are comfort foods....
Anyway...I enjoy making these.....and if I don't say so myself...do a good version of all the above.

My favorite food to make would be spaghetti. My mother taught me how to make this rich, spicy Italian sauce and it is so good. I absolutely love it.

I enjoy baking anything that requires using fresh dough and letting it rise. I like making my own bread, my own dinner rolls, biscuits, pizza dough, pizza, pockets, etc.. I just love the smell of fresh bread baking.

My favortite food to make is chinese food.........I am Hmong that is my language........What i do is we get some sauce and meat,cabbage and peppers...........Also we need a big spoon to stir it.........Then we use a big pan to use it for the chinese food we are making and it is called Sweet chickens........My family and i called it that..........Than when we are done we have a fresh chinese food to eat........
