Feed it the Word of God by not eatting allot of rich fat ladden foods as in the Chapter of Daniel. Stick to vegitables and fruit and grains. Some meats are beneficial too.

Broccoli, tomatoes and, believe it or not, braised calf's liver contain most vitamins, fiber and Omega3. On your list of to have foods, they should be at the top!
