one pound equals 3500 calories count the calories in a glass of milk and the calories from the honey and how many times a day are you going to drink this times it out. This is in addition to the normal about 2000 calories to maintain your weight

well first of all with the milk that you drink that depends vitamin D is good for younger kids since they need that fat. but for milk and honey no it doesn't increase obesity. honey is really good for you. honey helps to lose weight and the same with milk.

Not if you get an adequate amount of exercise. Milk w/o honey, or honey w/o milk, can cause excess weight gain if you eat enough and dont' burn the calories off.
Just take it in moderation, ok? You shoudl be fine.

I can eat a whole box of ice cream and not get fat because i exersice. Milk in its design to increase fat. Honey is full of carbohydrate. Runners some runners eate honey just before running because of it. It is a good energy boost.

um im gonna guess that milk is supposed to be good for you and adding something sweet and fatty like um honey...well that just seems to kill the purpose of drinking the milk in the first place doesnt it.
