honey is all sugar, so it could increase the potential of obesity. It certainly doesn't help if someone trying to lose weight consumes a lot of honey in their milk. It also depends on other factors like what they eat or how active they are.

Anything that causes you to consume more sugar would contribute to obesity. So if you decided to put a bunch of honey in your glass of milk, then yes, that would probably do that. WHY you would want to put honey in milk is a mystery to me, though...

Well it has more calories... than milk without sugar/honey. Overall honey is a better sweetener than sugar by weight and calories. But ingesting more calories in any form will increase obesity risk unless you burn it off.
