It's a type of sauce, brown and semi-translucent with chunks of stuff in it (which I kinda think is potatoes, but not sure). The sauce is kind of thick and is usually kept chilled. And it's really sweet. It's usually at a condiment bar next to the yogurt sauce.

I've had it at two Indian restaurants and I really like the taste of it, but have no idea what it is. I'd just like to know for knowledge's sake. :) thanks

I've been easily over a dozen Thai restaurants and never once have I seen chopsticks on the table. Do Thais simply eat without them or with some other utensil? Or is this just a strange coincidence?

My baby is not yet ready but when it is time, I will be taking him to my favorite sushi resturant. He is 10 months old now. Should I only let him eat cooked fish? Or is it OK to let him have the same things I eat?

Please, give me mature advice only.

I was wondering...since sushi is made with white rice, and white rice is not very good for you, I was wondering what you would think about making sushi with brown rice? Would that be weird? Ever heard of that? I'm a new fan of sushi and don't really know all that much about it.
Thanks

At a Japanese restaurant in Chicago, the chef served us a salty egg custard with our teppanyaki order. It didn´t have pieces of seafood or mushrooms.
