they are not lol. theres nothing more ridiculous then fajitas as an excuse for Mexican cuisine. fajitas are more American that Mexican. i am Mexican and where my family is from there is no such thing as "Fajitas". every region of mexico has different types of dishes. in my house, we only cook AUTHENTIC Mexican food, we never go to restaurants. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO COOK YOU SOME REAL, AUTHENTIC MEXICAN CUISINE, i love to cook for people and then see the look on their faces lol. people have tried our cuisine(when they go to my house for dinner) and they always cant wait for more.

La rapure is a grated, specially prepared potato mainstay of Acadia, to those not in the know.

Especially if you're not Acadian, what do you think of it?

I'm hosting a dinner for a party of about 50-80 people and I have 20 chefs and enough money for however much food is needed.

But what I am looking for is any kind of Italian recipie for a formal/family/fun party (somewhat casual). I am from an Italian/Greek family and we all LOVE the Italian food.

Any recipies you've tried or are your favorites please fill me in on them.

Much appreciated! =]
