I eat whatever sounds good to me. I never eat steak, and the peas and potatoes I eat are usually part of a meal at an Indian restaurant. Sometimes I eat Japanese, Thai, Mediterranean, Korean, Ethiopian, Greek or Mexican food.

How could you think ANYONE actually eats just "mashed taters, pea[s] and steak"?

Probabbly not much different than what you eat, but I cannot speak for everyone. It depends on how they were raised to eat and like. We are quite diversified in food eats. What one likes, another might not. Sometimes it depends on where a person is from as well, meaning the east coat to the west to mid west, etc. You got the picture. We eat different things. Some are strict Vetetarians some perfer bloody rare steaks. Some are nuts and live on slimfast diets. I myself, would never eat a steak, I love fresh fish, Cod is my facorite. I love grilled Salmon too with fruit salsa. Peas, have to be fresh and young. Where are you from???

You may not have intended the question to be racist, but it sure is meant to be stereotypical.

I'm white and I eat, and cook, all different types of food. We have mashed potatoes and meat probably once every couple of months. The rest of the time, anything goes.

Depends upon the person. My husband and I, for example, eat lots of Indian, Chinese, Mexican and Thai food, plus some Korean and Japanese. Neither of us is overly fond of French cuisine or British, and we generally avoid the stereotypical meat and potatoes. This week's dinner plans include fresh summer rolls, curried chickpeas and a quinoa, corn and bean salad.

In my house we try just about anything. BTW, in my opinion only corn goes with mashed potatos, I prefer baked with my steak (or fries). If you can find it in the grocery store, you can find it some time or another being served in my house.

I am white british
I eat any thing I fancy
I don't like mashed potatoes or peas, love steak though.
I like sweet & sour pork & rice, chow mein, spaghetti bolognise, cheese on toast, salad, fish & chips, bacon, sausages, pizza, curried rice etc.....
for dinner this evening I am going to cook roast pork, stuffing, home made bread & salad.
for lunch my kids have taken cheese & onion on bread rolls, salad & fresh fruit, & for breakfast we had cheese & tomato on toast & cereals
hope this answers your question

Well - I'm white, irish and catholic. So potatoes (spuds) are the very fibre of my being. Here in Ireland we eat 'hairy' bacon (I dont). We are also into big fried breakfasts (bacon/egg/pork sausage/blood pudding) - I think the brits like that too. If you're Jewish in Ireland - I'd advise coffee and croissants for breakfast.

Are you kidding? Of course it's a racist question! That's like me asking if you eat nothing but collard greens, fried chicken and watermelon. Come on, whites eat basically the same staples as EVERYONE ELSE! Think next time before you ask.
