I add some ketchup and relish. Mix it with tuna, sweet onions, and small elbow macaroni for a nice tuna salad.

Some of the additions I've used with Mayonaise include:
1. Lemon juice, dill relish
2. Mustard and catsup
3. Wasabi and a little soy sauce
4. Ground Pepper and garlic
5. Cumin
6. Curry Powder and mustard
7. Curry powder and sweet relish
8. Finely chopped egg
9. Diced pickled jalepenos and cheddar cheese
10. Salsa
My mayonaise concoctions go well with a variety of foods such as tuna, hard cooked eggs, ham, turkey, roast beef, halibut, etc.

something that kicks butt is... if you buy a package of ranch dressing powder and mix it with yer mayo and add a little sour cream , not too much this is sooo good. it works good as a dip and is especially good with home made potatoe wedges. A store in my home town acually sells this with their potatoe wedges and ribs etc. YUM!
