is it alright to boil the potatoes, stuff them and then bake? all the recipes of stuffed potatoes say you have to bake, stuff and bake again. what's the difference between boiling and baking them first?

We got this huge roasted leg of lamb and we've only ate a third of it, theres still a hell of a lot left over so i was wondering if there were any other recipes i could use on the rest of it. The surface of it is done really well but most of the inside is still quite red...

I'm looking for some new recipe ideas. What's your best, easy to make meal that you make on a fairly regular basis that your family loves? I don't have too much time on my hands, so please stick to things that I could make in 30 mins or less. We really love Italian food....Please include all recipe instructions! Thanks!

Okay, so we were at a restaurant this evening and they served what they called "Iceberg Cake".

It was very moist and served with an ice cream scoop, like it had to be scooped, NOT cut in a square. It had cherries mixed in the batter apparently and seemed like there were a few nuts in there too, finely chopped. Finally, it had whipped cream on top.

Does anyone know how to make this??? I looked on the internet and all I could find was Iceberg cakes that were decorated cakes made to look like icebergs.

Please help, this was DELICIOUS and we want to try making it.

By the way, we already tried asking for the recipe and they won't give it to us...that is why I am asking for your help.

Thank you!

i like to bake cookies,
but somehow whenever it comes to cut-out cookies,
i simply fail because the shape of the cookie just spread too much.
i did chill it overnight and even decreased the amount of baking powder in the recipe.
can somebody tell me what's wrong?
thank you.
