Cheese Log made with Velveeta, possible other cheeses, nuts and chili powder?

Does anyone have this recipe with nutrition information and how long it keeps in the fridge?

Below are links to 2 different Velveeta cheese logs, but the recipes are actually very similar. Both Velveeta and cream cheese have a long refrigerator life. And there aren't any other items in the logs with short storage periods. As far as nutrition info, you can search for that on the individual ingredients once you decide on a recipe. As an example, go to the Philadelphia cream cheese site and you'll find the nutritional values for their 8 ounce blocks, but it differs whether you use the original or the 1/3 fat, etc.
