How shall we prepare goat meat?

We have ground goat meat pressed into patties. We also have many pounds of other cuts. This is the gift of Rutgers University, which raises goats in its agricultural school, and tries to popularize goat meat. We have recipes for lamb. Does any one understand goat?

Recipe for bananas..No oven?

I have some very ripe bananas that I would normally use to make banana bread BUT my oven happens to be broken... I do not have an ice cream maker either, so banana ice cream is out..... Would you have any recipes that use bananas that does not require baking?? Thanks in advance!!!

Ranch Dressing?

Hey everyone! I am looking for a really good ranch dressing. I used to swear by Hidden Valley, but now everytime I eat it, it just makes me disgusted, it tastes spoiled or something. Anyway, I would like something that is similar to that of your typical restaraunt ranch dressing, that seems to be the only kind I like anymore. If anyone has some good recipes or if you know of a bottle that tastes as good as restaraunt ranch I would greatly appreciate it!

If a can of tomatoes says 'better if used by'---and says 'Mar. 07'-and have been in a dark, cool place,

are they still good to eat? HOW TO CHECK? We opened and the smell was fine, but we weren't too sure of the tomatoes. Canned Organic tomatoes.

Would it be ok if I chopped up a sweet potato, and put in a baggie in the fridge for a few hours?

Would it go bad if I chopped it up and put it in a sealed baggie in the fridge for about 3 - 4 hours until I needed to use it? WOuld it go bad?

Refrigerate Parmesan Reggiano?

Do I need to put this cheese in the fridge? I notice it always just at room temp in the store, but I didn't know if for a longer period of time, it should be in the fridge. Thanks!
