yes it can. just double-wrap it make sure the plastic wrap is touching the chocolate completely. then put it in a plastic bag. you double wrap to stop freezer burn and any odors seeping into the chocolate.
when you thaw it, thaw it with the plastic on so any condensation will cling to the plastic, and not to the chocolate.

Chocolate freezes well as long as it is wrapped tightly. I froze chocolate easter bunnies one year and then melted them to dip strawberries in the summer. The chocolate was delicious.

yes you can, double wrap in plastic wrap, put in a good freezer bag and toss it in the deep freeze. And you good for next yr. thats what I did with my white chocolate from this yr.

Do not freeze the chocolate! It will discolor it.... You can put it in a zip lock bag and use it later..... it lasts a long time.

You really don't have to freeze it, just put it in a container and put it in the fridge, it will not ever go stale and you can use it anytime you want to.
