Sandwiches are always popular. They don't have to have a lot of fillings, just select popular ones.
Egg and chives
Cheese and spring onions.
Tomato.
Ham or cold meat.
etc.
Cut into fingers or 4 triangles. Remove crusts to make them look elegant.

Make some queso dip. Do you have a crock pot? If so, it's easy. Get a large loaf of Velveeta cheese, a pound of ground beef, some roasted green chile (if you have it in your state) or some bottled salsa. Cook the ground beef while your velveeta and salsa or green chile is melting in the crock pot. (cut the velveeta into large cubes to make melting faster) Once the gr. beef is cooked add it to the crock pot. This is gooooood queso and you can leave it in the crock pot on low for the party.
Tortilla roll ups are easy, too. Get a dozen flour tortillas, a couple tubs of spreadable cream cheese and some diced green chile (canned is fine). Mix the green chile into the cream cheese and spread this mixture on tortillas. Roll up the tortillas tightly (so don't put too much of the filling on them) and then cut into little pinwheel, bite sized pieces.
You can also substitute any other yummy stuff for the green chile in the roll ups. If you like smoked salmon you can chop it up and add to the cream cheese, or you can do sweet ones with jam or preserves mixed into the cream cheese, or you could even use the flavored cream cheeses.
Cheese and crackers are always classy and easy. And, so are veggies and ranch dip.
Have fun at your party! :)

I would go to Pillsbury.com. Type in appetizers or snacks. Their recipes are simple and quick. Some other things to do would be chips and dip, a fruit or vegtable tray add some sliced cheese. Put out some cookies with wrapped candy on the side. If you want to do a non-alcoholic toast at midnight you can purchase those clear stemed plastic glasses (wal-mart/cheap) with Welch's sparkling white or red grape juice. Happy New Year.

i could make it hassle-free and order pizza's. yet some snack concept's that are good in my view is - chex blend..or pretzels with some honey mustard dip. additionally, you need to do some thing like ritz crackers with small squares of cheese or "cheez it"..i could stay faraway from any form of nuts with the aid of fact there are a number of people who're allergic. you have some luggage of chips poured right into a bowl-no dip, it may get heat..additionally little sandwiches are an incredible concept...have exciting!!

Very easy. Five minutes to cook. About 10 min. to prepare. Buy shrimp and prosciutto (cut very thin). About quarter pound prosciutto to pound of shrimp (peeled with tale on). Wrap one thin layer of the prosciutto around shrimp to the tale. Grill or saute until shrimp is done (prosciutto should be crisp). Any sauce you want. An easy one is quarter cup soy sauce, heat and dissolve quarter cup sugar into warm soy. Remove from heat and add half tablespoon butter. Dip and enjoy

I would get a variety of chips and dip. That's one of the most perfect snacks for a party. If you wanted something sweet, you could make Pizza Treats. They are really just pudding and crumble cookies on cookie dough with whipped cream on the top. You could search for it on google. Good luck!

Taco Salad Dip- mostly consists of plate of cream cheese then salsa on top of that - served in a long skinny dish, tray thing. Tortilla Chips(Scoops are perfect) are used to dip! A lot of people use different cheeses, lettuce and taco meats on top of theirs.

Jalapeno Poppers! Yummy! You get fresh jalapenos and fill them with cream cheese and wrap them in bacon. make sure you take all the seeds out and rinse them while wearing gloves the juice will burn your hands if you don't.then fill evenly with creamcheese and wrap in bacon. cook for about 20 minutes or so in a 375 degree oven or until bubbly. you can make this good for you too lowfat cream cheese and turkey bacon.
