Costco has a ton of great finger food/appt. that just pop in the oven., you can slice cucumbers into round shape and top with tuna or chicken salad (great for Atkins people) get small rolls and make tuna, chicken and/or egg salad sandwiches and individually wrap them (they stay fresher longer) they are also a great filler and help absorb alcohol if you have heavy drinkers! There is always the traditional crackers and cheese, chips and dips etc. You will find that people will not eat many sweets, so go easy on sweets and stick more with salty carb type foods. For some thing hot, do small wieners in B.Q. sauce and or small meatballs (they always go over big.) Keep them in a crock pot or a chaffing dish.Have tooth picks! Good Luck

Easy Cheese Ball

3 - 2 ounce packages of corned beef
2 packages of cream cheese softened
1 bunch green onions

shred corned beef in food chopper/processor. Chop green onions very fine so that you don't have large chunks. Combine half of the corned beef, the cream cheese, and the finely chopped onions. Form into a ball. Roll cheese ball in remaining corned beef mixture. Serve with crackers of your choosing. Enjoy!
