Is it immoral for us to eat vegetables and fruit? Does it "hurt" when we harvest plant products? Is there a way to eat without causing plants pain and misery?

Hi I roast coffee for a living and am in a creative slump. I need to come up with a new name for a line of Organic and Fair Trade certified Coffees that I am introducing. Everytime I come up with a cool name - it's already been used.

Does anyone have any neames that would make them "think green" when they looked at coffee?

I'm making a beef strip/fresh spinach stirfry for dinner and just cannot come up with what to serve with it. It has a soy/ginger sauce with water chestnut slices. We've had rice two or three times in the last week and I'd like to prepare something else.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm making chokecherry jelly from scratch but I don't have a cheesecloth to strain the juice from the berries. Can I use a metal strainer that I can just pour the berries through (after cooking them and releasing the juice of course)?

I am going out of town for 14 days and leaving 4 hungry people at the house. Now I know most of them can fend for themselves, but they will miss the head cook. What could I fix ahead of time with easy ingrdeients, freeze, label, dethaw quick, and still be delicious?

I just moved here from San Francisco and I'm having trouble finding any good salsa at the store. Most of it seems to be really, really sweet, which is not my thing. I like the fresh (in the fridge) style, but I haven't been able to come up with much at Kroger, Busch's or Whole Foods. Anyone know of a good place or good brand?
