Are you asking about a microwaved meal because it's hot outside and that's why you don't want to light off the oven? If so, then the best purchase you could make would be to buy a toaster oven. In the hottest of weather I can bake anything from meatloaf and baked potatoes to cookies without heating up the house - simply by putting the toaster oven on the back porch and plugging it in out there. The house stays nice and cool. In fact, we have a two burner hot plate on the back porch as well and I will make stir-fry out there with that - or anything else I want to cook in a skillet. Two very good investments. My hubby put a piece of plywood on top of the BBQ and my toaster oven and hot plate are at the perfect height for me to work with plus some room to set a plate or two to work from.

WOW there r sooo many at the store in the freezer section. Some cost $3 and some can cost up to $9. Marie Collander has alot of good ones but so does Stouffers! Anything from shrimp stir fry to chicken fettuchini. All u do is throw it in a skillet and heat for 15 minutes and WALA dinner is served. Add a nice side salad and they r pretty good. My hubby loves them

You can do this in a microwave :
Bean Dip
1 can of refried beans about 1 cup of cheese
1 container of sour cream 1 jar of salsa
Get out a medium sized pie plate ( or other glass pan), place entire can of refried beans into this, then put as much sour cream on top. Top the sour cream with salsa, then cheese. I would keep it in the microwave until it gets hot. You would need to keep checking it, but don't place your finger on the cheese, it take longer to heat up that the other ingredients.
email me if you have any questions!

You could make Sloppy joes! You could honestly do alot of things with a stove top. You could make all sorts and variations of spaghetti. You could just make breakfast for dinner. It's a good change if you didnt already make the Eggs, bacon, homefries and the like. You could make tacos, You could make skillet lasagna...
