...And I was wondering if it's normal for skirt steak to be a darker red than the outside when you cut into it. It shouldn't be bad...I refrigerated it right away and the sell by date is 3 days from now. Just wondering before I feed it to people.

So im grilling chicken tonight at I was wondering what to make along with it. I usually make mashed potatoes and some type of vegetable (corn, mixed vegetables, etc.), but I dont want to do this again as it tends to become rather repetetive... So, what else should I make to go along with this chicken? Any ideas are welcome. Thanks!

DARK CHOCOLATE? My boss's bday is in September and I want to make her a dessert. She mentioned before that she loves dark chocolate.

WHITE CHOCOLATE? I also have another boss whos bday is in November and she absolutely loves white chocolate.

I'm looking for "out-of-this-world" recipes or at least close to it.

THANKS!!!

I had decided to go vegetarian about two years ago. I then found out from my step dad that by doing that you can’t make certain enzymes that help you digest meats and such, so I have decided to switch back to eating meats, although I hate it. Would I still be able to properly digest meats after two years of none? Just wondering.

"In modern foie gras production, force feeding takes place 12−18 days before slaughter. The duck or goose is typically fed a controlled amount of corn mash through a tube placed in the animal's oesophagus."

Sounds very exciting! In fact I'm off to get force fed today, just so that I too can have a fatty liver!

I feel like the only woman out there who loves Martinis. And when I say martini I mean grey goose vodka with a splash of vermouth and garnished with olives.
Are there any other ladies who love the classic martini?
If not, what's your favourite drink (guys can answer too)?

I recently went vegetarian, and am going vegan and was wondering if there is a way to re-create buffalo wings in a vegan lifestyle, because I used to love the real thing. Any sites/recipes are appreciated.

I cook a lot, but I have never been able to cook rice that doesn't stick. I like long grain rice, and have done it a few ways, boil the water first, add rice to cold water, everything. Someone tell me a fool proof way, and get your ten points after I try it.

Ok so I am cooking breakfast for the basketball and football coaches at work. I used to have this amazing breakfast casserole recipe made with bisquick and cheese and sausage and eggs and onions and mushrooms.. Everything I have seen has potatoes in it and that isn't the one I need. Does anyone have the recipe I need?? I'll take other bisquick recipes if anyone wants to share but I really really need this one.
