I add about 1tbs when my pot roast is done , also a reduction of 1/4 c balsamic vinegar, 1 tbs red wine vinegar, rosemary, 1/2 tbs honey, serve with chicken or red meat

Poached pears in red wine till half soft cut with channel knife a spiral around pear where it would be red and white served with some sweetened creamfresh placing bing cherries at bottom and sprinkle red wine vinegar on top. Very fancy and tasty too.
You could also cook cabbage in a fry pan with little oil with bacon and onions and sprinkle red wine vinegar over the top with salt and pepper to taste.
