I wouldn't say "spoil" necessarily, but it won't be the same as if it was left in the fridge. Flavors change, so you won't get the exact same taste. But it's still drinkable.

Champagne, like other wines will go bad if air gets into the wine. If it is still corked, it should not suffer from going to the warm environment--however, champagne like other white wines should be used while it is young--because white wines doesn't continue to age in the bottle like red wines do. So, don't keep it around for to long. Going from warm to cold and back can sometimes cause a change in the cork--which could let air in--so, keep your wine at a constant cool temp.
White wines should be kept in a chiller that is dark until time to use them--or in the refrigerator, on their sides.

It can not spoil! They make it in a warm environment, so it's just going to be the same! You can re-chill it if you prefer it cold, it will be fine!
