The casserole has rice, chicken, sausage, and cream of chicken soup and a few other things. I was going to make this casserole with two sides for some friends. It has a lot of flavor. Do you think a casserole is okay for a small dinner party? One of my friends does not like most vegetables so it can be tricky with sides.

Both the vegans I know are pro-choice. This doesn't make sense to me. How can you be opposed to killing a chicken fetus (egg) but be ok with killing a human fetus.

I am pro choice, I also eat meat. I can understand how they fit together. I can understand how one can be pro-life and have no problem eating meat. I can respect someone is pro-life and vegan (although I disagree with them on both points) but for the life of me I can not figure out how you reconcile being pro-choice and vegan. Please explain how you reconcile the apparent hypocracy.

I read online where they said it is healthier to eat whole fresh fruits and vegetables. It said not to eat cooked food or processed food because it is not natural. It said cooked food is not pure.

Has anyone else noticed that when you take vitamins, it changes the color from clear with a yellowish tint to a dark yellow. Why do vitamins do that and does that mean your kidneys are being overloaded?

is there a restaurant with a private section or like a party room that i could use? i want to have a nice dinner for 10 to 15 people including games and such. The party will probably be around 2 to 3 hours. How much do you think that will cost in a nice upscale restaurant? the attire should be dressy casual.

My husband has a few beers everyday and occasionally on the weekends gets drunk. Not stupid drunk but drunk. He drinks everyday but doesn't get drunk everyday. If we go out for dinner or take our kids out they have to serve alcohol where ever we go. He says he doesn't have a problem because he doesn't get drunk and stupid everyday. He rarely gets fall over stupid. But his mother, uncle, and grandfather are all alcoholics. He says b4 he was with me he drank Jack almost everyday and I should be happy he only drinks beer. He claims he drinks beer because he likes the taste. Is he an alcoholic?

When I worked in a kitchen, one of the cooks was real sensitive about his cooking. If someone sent the same item back to the kitchen, more than once, he would sabotage it. His favorite tactic was to scrape a spatula across the bottom of his shoe, before picking up the customer’s steak and putting it on a plate.

One time, a lady had him redo a western omelet three times. On the fourth try, he blew his nose into her omelet.

Even today, after working there over 30 years ago, it’s rare for me to eat at a restaurant.

I am referring to that dark red/brown stuff that is close to the bone and on the meat that is close to the bone, especially on chicken drumsticks. That is so gross to me. My mother inlaw said she soaks the chicken in cold salt water for a while, but I don't want to do that because I am afraid that it will make the chicken too salty. Has anybody ever heard of this or does anybody have any other remedies and/or suggestions?

Is there anything unhealthy about drinking fresh young coconut juice too often? I seem to be obsessed with it lately... Some friends told me it isn't good to drink too much of it, but no one can tell me why.
