a few have said some pretty good things, like eating starches etc. Also, your body might be detoxifying, so don't worry about it too much, but I'd like to add this.
If you drink milk, (try to find a good source of milk, preferably raw milk) it can greatly help your losing weight problem, and also that empty feeling experienced by many who are going off of meat.
When I say drink milk though, I'm talking about eating too... you can turn milk into curd and whey by bringing the milk to a boil, and then adding lemon or any acid, (citric acid, vinager).
After straining out the curd, you can press it a bit, and it is wonderful food, which you can fry, or just add to any veggie stir fry, bake with etc.
Also there's cheese, cheese will always make you feel that solid feeling, and it's packed with protein etc. (i like to use the raw milk cheeses from the healthfood stores.)
don't forget your lactic acid milk products. These are the nicest and healthiest of foods. They are full of beneficial bacteria.
One thing that is probably of paramount importance, is just the fact that you have cut something out of your diet that was a major portion. Now, you have to replace this. You must find out recipes, and or places that cook vegetarian foods. If you just stop eating meat, you will find that you may be feeling weak and skinny. But you must replace the meat with wonderful foods, of which there are almost limitless varieties!
I hope this helped you a little.

I have fallen into this trap too! After I stopped eating meat and fatty products, I became anorexic and lost almost 30 kg!
If you want to stop losing weight and not start eating meat then I would suggest you to eat carbohydrates that are full of calories. Take for example potatos, the No1 carbohydrate source with a lot of starch. There is also olive oil which you can put on your salad and raise the calories and also make the meal more tasty! Olive oil has vegetable fat which is tasty, healthy and necessary. Legumes also contain a lot of calories.
Personally I do not think you are losing weight because you don't eat meat, but maybe because you eat too many green, fresh vegetables. Try the ones with a lot of carbohydrates as I mentoned above and you'll be fine!
Don't be afraid to eat a lot if your organism burns calories very fast and easily.

Rice, Potatoes, beans, avocados, oils, figs, olives, dates, coconut, noodles, nuts, seeds,
these will make you gain or maintain you weight.
IF you just started and lost all this weight, don't worry, it is a way of your body getting rid of all the stuff that shouldn't be there in the first place. Your body will eventually stablize and you will stay at the weight you are supposed to be at.

It is your calorie intake - you aren't eating a proper amount. Go to My pyramid.gov it is a free site and it can supply you with the quantities of foods you must eat to have a healthy diet. Good Luck!
