This is a tough question for me, because my favorite thing to cook depends on what I'm hungry for at the momen. But, I love developing recipes for new things, like pasta sauces. Not that they all turn out great. LOL

At the moment, I'd have to say peanut butter cookies would be my favorite thing to cook, because I am hungry for them! Good thing I got all the ingredients in the kichen!

One of my all time favorites that my family loves is my coca-colas pork chops

6 center cut pork chops
cup of coke
cup of ketchup

mix the coke and ketchup in a mixing bowl, lay the pork chops in a casserole dish and pour the mixture over the pork chops and cover with foil bake at 350 til done. It's really good, my 13 year old loves to make it up for me

Veal Cutlets.

Pound the veal thin.

Dredge in flour. Then into an eggwash. Then into Italian Breadcrumbs. Fry in a frying pan full of oil @ 375. Only takes a minute per piece of veal. A little fresh lemon juice, and that's it. Simple. And fantastic. Also makes a great sandwich on Italian Bread with lettuce and tomato.

Now you made me hungry.

Corned beef brisket. I toss it in the crockpot with some water, a beer, and some veggies and leave it alone all day. And it's so tender by dinner. Then the next day I bake and cube potatoes, cut up an onion and a pepper, and make corned beef hash. I guess it's my favorite because it's not only simple, but incredibly good.

Right now, I'm in a leek phase. I've been having a lot of fun with leeks--Tarte Saint-Germain, leeks with brown butter sauce, poached salmon over leeks, plus I've been making leek broth to use in other recipes. I love the subtle flavour.

I also can't get enough of salmon or scallops. I've bought a great deal of both lately, and I never get tired of trying out new recipes for them.

Hot Wings! Yum. So good I'll share my secret recipe....

Par-boil (partially boil) a pot of fresh chicken wings (cut into drummies and wiglets).

Drain and drop on a hot grill (gas or charchol).

Turn often until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from grill to a dish containing 4 parts Louisiana (Cayenne pepper) hot sauce to one part butter. Toss until coated.

Serve with celery and blue cheese....

OMG...I'm freaking out hungry now. Must eat.
