If it's an upset stomach, I don't like to eat anything. Maybe dry toast or saltines.
If it's a cold, I don't have much appetite, even though my stomach is upset, and I usually don't feel like cooking much, so I eat a lot of soups and raw fresh fruit.

I was so sick and couldn't stop throwing up, my neighbor brought me some blackberry or black cherry kool aid, and I stopped throwing up. Hope it works for you. Also, eat plenty of chicken soup.

Hot and sour soup. I swear it can cure anything. My recipe comes from epicurious.com, only I don't use the dried mushrooms.
