I use butterscotch instead of chocolate chips.

M&M cookies! Just like Tollhouse cookies but without the chips, then halfway through baking add the M&Ms, but they need to be the peanut M&Ms. I could eat dozens of those.

I'm a fan of cookies with white chocolate chips and macadamias.
Me and my friends call them "orgasm cookies" because it's like "an orgasm in your mouth".
