I'd think so....a lot of cheeses have a bunch of fat.

Cheese offers many benefits in keeping your body healthy and reducing high blood pressure. Other than that, it manages your weight so I think eating cheese can't help in gaining weight.

of course! but it will also help wiht your nutrition.
cheese contains calcium with can help stop osteoporosis. it also contains a high fat content, which, if left in your body and not burnt off by exercise will lead to eventual weight gain. also look to eat buttery foods and high sugar foods as sugary foods contain empty calories that lead to weight gain.
