Yes - easily safe enough. As you say, you need to make sure it is piping hot. I like to heat in different stages eg a while at say 60%, then at 100% to finish off

Yes it is. Properly refrigerated, Chinese can be kept for three days, and most dishes actually taste better, as with the speed of Chinese cooking, it has a chance to marinate in the frig.
Cheers :-)

If you got it in the fridge fast enough, after cooling to room temp, you don't even have to get it piping hot. It's like any other refrigerated food.

As long as it's piping hot. It's as good as freshly cooked with the exception of deep fried food with batter. Like chips, the batter loses its crispiness.
I don't know who told Mark not to reheat rice. Don't you know fired rice is best with yesterday's instead of freshly cooked rice?

Yes, it is safe and everything, especially if it has MSG on it; it helps the food stay together rather than falling apart. If it doesn't have MSG however, the batter will most likely become soggy and the rice waxy.

Yes it perfectly alright. Done it and survive (=
But however, if you can't finish, dun pop it back in the fridge again and eat it tomorrow. The dish will taste weird when reheated. Risky (=
