I'd love to make a nice queso dip, but every recipe I see requires Velveeta cheese which I'd rather not use. Are there certain cheeses to use? Does any one have a recipe they have tried and loved?

i have some leftover slices of delivery pizza that i want to heat up in the oven but my sister would'nt tell me what to put the oven temerature at. what do you put it at?
i know you can also just put it in the microwave but it dosnt taste as good that way

Hey! I am in need of a good sustaining breakfast cereal. Something similar to Weetabix. I don't like mueslis/high-sugar cereals though... but not stuff like Special K because it does not fill me. I like Weetabix but it is boring to have all the time-- any suggestions?

I am entering a cooking contest where I am making a dark chocolate fudge pie with a heavy cream on top. Any suggestions on what kind of fancy decor i can put on the top to pretty it up? I was going to pipe the cream on and besides chocolate curls, I was trying to think of other decor for it. How well would some carmalized toasted pecans go?

Is parmesan cheese can only be found in "sprinkle" form because iv never seen parmesan in other forms (mozarella in both grated and block form).

Just to make sure im right....Parmesan cheese doesnt melt, right?? because even though i heat it in the oven....it doesnt melt!
