Actually catsup, catchup or ketchup.
The brand I use is spelled ketchup. I haven't seen catsup since the 1970's. I never saw catchup.

Ketchup cuz that's how I've known it as since I was 2.
I first heard catsup when I was 5 and thought it was different.
Dad told me it was the same thing.
I enjoy the taste better if I hear it called ketchup.
