you will be fine, alcohol does thin your blood, but by then it will be completely out of your system. You need about 24 hours. Drink lots of water. I am a dental hygienist and people ask me that all the time. Don't drink for a couple of weeks after you have the procedure and do not smoke, you could end up with a dry socket. Just mention it to your oral surgeon, the more they know the safer you will be. Also do not take any product containing aspirin for your hangover, this to thins you blood. Tylenol will be fine. ( They don't check your blood.)

They don't draw blood for outpatient dental work unless you have a problem (eg, bleeding abnormalities). However, sometimes local anesthetics don't work as well after a night of revelry. The good news is that the booze should be metabolized by Tuesday.

If it is a party for the night, then they won't be able to Tell. It will have no effect upon you or your dentistry. Just remember to re-hydrate yourself, after the party.
