I would sujest an amount of 40 or 50 soda drinks and 60 or 70 bottles of water... especially with this weather many people preffer water than soda, plus it's healthier.

You won't need too much since the party is only 2 hours long. I would get 2-3 drinks for the adults, and 1-2 for the children, but you will probably have some left over.
Also, I would suggest buying a mix of regular and small sizes of water and soda. They are half the size of the regular 12oz cans (soda)and the same for the water. These are perfect for the children who never seem to finish a their drinks or for adults who only want a little. I always do this now, because at the end of every party we would be dumping almost full cans of soda or water.

In 2 hours, I would figure your group consuming an average of 1 1/2 drinks per child (mostly soda) and 2 drinks per adult ( about half soda and half water), therefore... you will need about 2 sodas to each 1 1/2 water ...or 70 as'st. soda portions and 60 water portions, or a total of 130. I am basing this on our experience, water becoming a more popular choice. Add beer into the equation and everything changes!

I would say at minimum 1 each, and to play it safe, count 2-3. You can't go wrong buying water and pop because you can always drink it later. If you are trying to save money, just get the cheaper drinks (store brand). Be sure to get some diet as well. I'd get 3-4 cases of pop and the same amount of water.

If you figure each case to have 24 drinks. I would get six cases, enough for each persn to have 2 drinks.
Mix them up, water, soda, juices if possible, diets, fruity sodas.
to be safe you could figure 3 pp.. that would be about 81/2 cases. That seems like way to much though.

Figure the kids are going to drink their 2.. and more if not supervised.. the men, 2. the women. probably 1 maybe two..

use tap water. why cause all that plastic to be used. also, for the soda, i would plan on getting 4 bottles sprite, 2-3 cokes, 2-3 diet cokes and some juice. for bottles, i'm talking about 2 liters.
