my body is so cold as usual. but whenever i drink some alchohole, i feel so warm. but as you know people say wine is good for health but other alchohole is...i'm not sure.
So I just drink a glass of wine a day. but the worry thing is that if i drink a glass of wine it could spoil my body for high calories.
But someone say it's good for my body circulation.
drinking wine is good for my health and diet or not..?

now i may not be vegetarian but sometimes i feel that this one store Trader Joes is like paradise for those who eats vegetarian. i mean i see alot of vegan selections at low cost AND it actually tastes good. and of course i see a good number of vegetarians there. ever since i worked there, the majority of my diet has been vegetarian stuff. is this your store for your vegetarian food or what others do u go to for your groceries? im interested.

I live in Caterham and my fave pub is in Old Coulsdon called The Fox. Its in the countryside and is a proper country pub, with log fires, wooden beams and a nice garden. It serves the best food, Sundays are so busy because the roast is to die for! The menu is pretty varied and everything including drinks are reasonably priced, the staff are friendly too. Every visitor i've had in the last 3 years, I have taken to the Fox and they love it!

I know a million pounds does'nt go a long way any more, but what would you do for a million quid. I have had a very indepth conversation with friends about this. And we would do just about anything, including french kissing our parents, and eating cat vomit. We have no boundaries. DO YOU?
