My mom just told me to start seasoning my food with Ms. Dash apparently its dried vegetables and herbs. Plus the best thing of all no calories. My mom has a trainer I can't afford that but she told me her trainer tells her sometimes its not how much you eat but what you eat. You could eat 5 carrots a day and I'm sure you would loose weight quickly if that's all you ate plus drinking water but who the hell eats that. The best advice i can gave is take all your favorite foods and find healthier solutions such as: If you like chicken bake it with ms. dash its pretty damn good and you can do the same for fish , beef, or whatever. If you should happen to fry food try frying it in peanut oil i haven't tried that personally but Moms does. Its not bad she says. Drink water, water, water, chill out with the sodas, If you need a substitution try crystal lite its pretty damn tasty. Hope this helps you.

Here's just one trick I like to do:
Use carrot juice on cereal instead of milk.
It tastes milky, is especially good on raisin bran, and you get a serving of vegetables.
It's also delicious just to drink. But don't get the canned type. Get the kind in the fridge section.

I suggest eating a lot of fruits and vegetables.It's always yummy :) BTW,I can't tell much because I don't know on what exactly diet you are so i don't know for sure what you can eat.

Have you tried almond milk?(20 almond nuts, a glass of water, a spoon of honey- pure them in to the blender and blend it for 3 minutes then it become like a glass of milk. drink and enjoy it instead of breakfast.
