Hey! I am in need of a good sustaining breakfast cereal. Something similar to Weetabix. I don't like mueslis/high-sugar cereals though... but not stuff like Special K because it does not fill me. I like Weetabix but it is boring to have all the time-- any suggestions?

Shredded Wheat, Shreddies, Fruit & Fibre, Wheetos, Wheat-a-Flakes and you could try Porridge (oats). For porridge, make it with 1/2 milk / 1/2 water or all milk. You can also salt porridge rather than sugar. Just add 1/2 teaspoon of salt whilst cooking. Best thing about porridge, both made with salt or sugar is that, when it has cooled it can be sliced and used as a snack or a cold desert.

Weetabix on it's own IS really boring! Have you tried putting other things with it? Like dried fruit, other cereals (rice Krispies and raisins is really nice!) and a bit of sugar or something. I've actually started liking Porridge and sugar recently, that's very sustaining.

Well I've never heard of Weetabix, but oatmeal will sit with you for a while, you can mix just about any fruit with it, and it's good for you. Plus it's cheap if youre on a tight budget.

Try some Kashi brand cereals. They have good crunchy texture and the fiber keeps you feeling satisfied till lunch time.
