I don't eat meat(except seafood), so I stopped eating both just in case recently because I heard something. Can someone please tell me if it kills animals or anything?

ideally i want to be able to cut them into 4ths long ways and then pan fry them with some other accent veggies. i just dont know any technique or which veggies to use and all that. i'm also opened to other ideas if any one just happens to know of a great zucchini recipe.

hes into video games and basketball. it would be nice to do it some where besides the house. The guest list is going to be all adult friends anywhere from 20 to 40 people. I don't have a huge budget to work with.

I want to make Sangria for my roommate's birthday bash in a couple weeks and I've never made it before. Searching around the internet and cookbooks I find hundreds of recipes, all quite different and all very delicious-sounding.

If you've made Sangria before, is there a particular recipe you would recommend to me? I'll be making it in large batches and I don't mind complicated recipes but I would rather they not contain extremely expensive types of liquor.

the recipe says to trim all excess fat from the roast & brown & drain...

by brown,... do they mean i have to cook it in a pan first before putting it into the crock pot?

thanks...i feel like a total airhead! its just, i thought you could just throw it all in the slow cooker and forget about it for hrs.

I know some Vegetarians dont eat meat at all, some Veagans dont eat/wear any animal products. But then there are people who dont eat red meat but eat fish and consider themselves Vegetarians? Are there levels of Vegetarians and Veagans?

I don't have the norm ingredients to make a tuna macaroni salad but this is what I do have on hand and was wondering if all these together would work?

Either elbow or rotini pasta
Tuna in water
Majo
Red Pepper
Onion
Avocado

I know it's not a lot and it would be a plainer one but I don't care, I'm craving a tuna salad and don't want to go out with all these kids .LOL Would all of these mixed together work?

We are the only living thing that we know of that kills for fun. For meat, it is sort of a necessity (I am a vegetarian) but the conditions the animals live in is horrible. We kill animals in torturous ways like lobster we just let them boil and heat up until they die and some people just kill them with a knife and they are wincing in pain (there is a video on youtube). I think that if we have to kill animals, it should need to be in a dignified way. Animals have feelings too!!!

lager is sweet and fizzy. it's the bottom end of the market, in much the same way as liebfraumilch is the bottom end of the wine market.
grown-ups used to drink beer didn't they ? (and i don't mean lager beer)
