Absolutely! Just make sure it's clean and you have butter and a little oil in your pancake mix.
Teflon is also THE best pan to use for crepes. Same premise, oil & butter in your batter, one or two eggs, milk & a pinch of salt in your batter. create a "bath" with your flour, add your liquids, whisk til smooth. The batter should be thin (a bit thicker than chocolate milk). Heat your pan, hit it with a little pan spray (just for the first one) add batter slowly, while swirling the pan to spread it around, when it bubbles bounce the the pan on the stove to loosen it, then flip it over for five seconds & remove. Voila! Crepes. Bon Appetit

No. In and of itself, Teflon provides no heat. You would have to add an energy source. Once you've done that, you could indeed cook pancakes on a Teflon surface.

yes you can...the fumes given off by Teflon is at temperatures higher than 500 degrees......so anything below that is ok...and it usually means an empty skillet.......do not use for blackened fish etc etc...it requires high temps....

Yep. Just make sure you use a plastic spatula. Metal will ruin the surface.
