I want to make it at home, the ingredients on the bag that I normally buy my Spinache pie gives some of the ingredients but then it says something like ethnic spices, like I'm suposed to know what that means. I'm not sure if the company is Lebanese or Greek, but I think its Lebanese.

I was wondering what kind of baked goods keep well enough to be sent down range. My mom sent me cookies, but is there anything else that would still be good by the time the box got there? 10 to 15 days is the average for the delivery time. Trying to help out the hubby over there.

I'm looking at a recipe for chicken curry and there are some ingredients (such as Garam Masala) that I have never heard of. So, is it generally spicy? Also, any good recipes are appreciated!
