If you are using a red sauce over your ravioli, I suggest green beans (add garlic salt to the water when cooking for a little extra kick) and garlic sticks (you can buy these frozen and just pop them in the oven, always sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top about 1 min before you remove them from the oven.). You could always have a nice salad too. To drink, I would serve a nice red wine, doesn't have to be pricey to be good. If you are preparing the ravioli with a pesto or white sauce I would suggest steamed asparagus on the side, you could use a little of the white or pesto sauce to drizzle over for extra flavor and beautiful presentation. Hope this helps.

You mean for a sauce or side dish?

For sauces there's marinara, red meat sauce, alfredo, alfredo with mushrooms, pesto, or for a cold salad--Italian dressing. And extra Parmesan is good with all those.

For a side, I like steamed veggies, garlic bread, and a green salad with feta. Just don't pick potatoes or rice or you'll be in serious carb overload.
